By using CarHostPro ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. What this is

CarHostPro is a fleet-profitability and expense-tracking tool for people who rent out vehicles (for example, through Turo). It helps you model acquisition costs, track rental income and expenses, and generate reports — including figures relevant to your own tax recordkeeping.

Not tax, financial, or legal advice. CarHostPro's calculations, profitability reports, tax-center figures, and AI-generated insights are tools to help you organize your own numbers — they are not tax, financial, accounting, or legal advice, and we are not your accountant. Tax rules vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Always verify figures and consult a qualified tax or financial professional before filing or making a financial decision based on anything the app shows you.

2. Accounts and guest use

You can use CarHostPro fully without an account, with your data stored only in your browser. Signing in (Google or email/password) syncs your data to your account so it's backed up and available across devices. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Free tier and Pro subscription

The free tier is free with no time limit.
Pro is a subscription — $9/month or $49/year, billed via Stripe, auto-renewing until canceled — and adds the Tax Center, Turo report import, and AI-generated insights.
Cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Because Pro can be evaluated on the free tier first, we don't offer refunds on subscription charges already processed. If something went wrong with a charge, email help@carhostpro.com and we'll sort it out.

4. Your data

You own the fleet, expense, and financial data you enter. As a guest, it's stored only in your browser and it's your responsibility to export a backup. Signed in, it syncs to your account as described in the Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of what you enter — imported reports and manually-logged figures are only as accurate as their source.

5. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the app for resale, or resell access to it.

6. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and — as stated above — we don't guarantee that any calculation, report, or AI-generated insight is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific tax or financial situation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new "last updated" date. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You can stop using the service anytime.
